Job summary The Professional Education & Development Team currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Administrator to work across the two teams, Clinical Placement and Clinical Training Teams. This role will provide a confidential and efficient administrative support to the Professional Education & Development Team (Clinical Placement and Clinical Training Teams). The Clinical Placement Team is responsible for supporting the provision of quality clinical placements for nursing students and Trainee nursing associates. The Clinical Training Team is responsible for providing clinical training for both registered and un-registered healthcare workers. This role will provide a confidential and efficient administrative support to both teams. Main duties of the job The post holder will be required to work on their own initiative and demonstrate a willingness to help others and be a key member of the team. The incumbent will be expected to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines in order to fulfil the requirements of the post, liaising with relevant others in order to provide a high quality seamless service. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential with an ability to deal with sensitive and challenging situations.
