Properties Maid Clean have been established for over 9 years providing professional residential and commercial cleaning services to our customers throughout Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, London & Middlesex.
We are looking to hire hard-working experienced cleaners to perform various types of cleaning duties to private homes and commercial properties for general weekly cleans, deep cleans, end of tenancy/move in cleans, HMO and Air BNB cleans.
The successful candidate will preferably drive and have previous experience in this role and good customer service skills.
As part of our highly trained professional cleaning team your role would involve ensuring that our customers' homes are cleaned to the highest standard, ensuring that all aspects of dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping is carried out, providing a top quality cleaning service at all times.
You should be able to occasionally work in a team when cleaning larger houses. and complete all tasks to the homeowner’s satisfaction within a given time.
Cleaner Responsibilities:
• Meet and greet our clients to discuss their expectations and preferences.
• Work efficiently and respectfully.
• Respond to issues and complaints in a professional manner.
• Inform our clients of any accidents that may occur during any cleaning.
• Inform your manager of any changes to your bookings.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks.
• Clean and sanitize all kitchen fixtures and appliances.
• Dust and hoover, living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and stairs.
• Vacuum carpets and mop flooring.
• Perform interior window cleaning (if required)
• Perform large appliance cleaning (if required) e.g oven/fridge
• Be aware of health and safety procedures at all times.
Cleaner Requirements:
• Proven cleaning experience (verifiable with current or previous employers)
• Punctual and reliable.
• Have sound knowledge of cleaning supplies and cleaning techniques.
• The ability to work with minimal supervision.
• The ability to multitask.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-
solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional cleaning and customer service skills.
• Physically fit and detail-oriented.
• The ability to follow instructions.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time.
• The ability to adapt to changing schedules.
