Office Administrator We currently have a vacancy for an Office Administrator to join a long-established accountancy firm with an excellent reputation based in our office in Omagh. Our ideal candidate will be an important member of our team and will oversee our daily office operations to include managing and providing a high level of customer service to clients, arranging meetings, communicating with other team members, and completing various multi-level tasks. Job Duties: Provide a high quality, professional and friendly reception service to all clients. An efficient, courteous, and professional approach to all telephone callers and transfer calls to relevant personnel in a timely and accurate manner. Record and convey accurately, incoming, or outgoing telephone and email messages. Manage and monitor emails, responding to queries via email and telephone. Assisting in the setting up of appointments. Preparation of Microsoft Word documents. Overseeing compliance with quality assurance and General Data Protection Regulations. Assistance with bookkeeping activities to include processing sales & purchase invoices and uploading data onto accounting software. General office admin duties to include placing orders & dealing with office deliveries. Eligibility criteria: 12 months experience in an office-based role. Experience in working with a range of internal and external customers. 5 GCSEs grade A- C including Maths and English. A highly professional and reliable attitude. A capability to complete paperwork and maintain our high standards. Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information. Can perform duties unassisted, under pressure and to strict deadlines.
