Working as an office administrator, your role will be to support the office assisting the senior office administrator with the day-to-day running. This is a varied job role that includes all different tasks to include but not limited to:
1. Filing and data entry
2. Typing, drafting and proofing letters and customer quotes
3. Managing the diary
4. Answering the phone
5. Sales order processing and stock control using SAGE 1000
6. Arranging imports/exports
7. Mail shots
8. Ordering PPE
9. Dealing with enquiries
You will be expected to have a professional approach to everything you do, be punctual, reliable, and be good at juggling and prioritising tasks.

Contract Type: Permanent
Hourly Rate: The salary per year is between £25,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.
Working Hours: You will work full-time hours, Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm with a 30-minute lunch.

Experience & Qualifications
You must have previous office administration experience, preferably from an engineering background. You will be computer literate and excellent at using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook. You will have good touch typing skills (shorthand would be an advantage) with a good eye for detail and the ability to plan your own work whilst showing initiative.
Most of the training required is done on the job.
