There is a starting salary of £26,000 plus many great benefits, great company to work for The Role: Responsible for dealing with incoming sales questions Quoting customers, and processing orders Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution Become an expert in the product range Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery Monitor sales performance and track key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement Support the external sales team to help launch the new range Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Knowledge of sales processes and best practices.
