Technical Services Administration Manager - Chertsey, Surrey Job Type: Full Time What you'll bring to the team To manage & develop all administrative processes for the Engineering and Facilities management departments to support compliance to all relevant legislation and company policy. To manage operational aspects of HxGN (Infor) to ensure PPMs are correctly generated, assigned and amendments communicated to the Engineering Team. To maintain & develop departmental, staff & H&S record keeping. To provide administration resource to support effective contractor management. To support the Engineering Team in their day-to-day function, contacting suppliers and manufacturers to ensure KPI’s are achieved. To apply knowledge and experience of the Thorpe Park business to deliver an effective performance from self and the administration team. To help drive the engineering and facilities management systems forward with strategic thinking. To manage the Admin Team, supporting their career development, managing performance, carrying out reviews and PDP’s. To manage the day-to-day processing of financial transactions to ensure that the Engineering Department’s purchasing systems are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner. To manage and ensure all financial procedures are being followed by the Administration Team. Implementation of new departmental software systems, processes and procedures as required. To manage the rota of the engineering staff to achieve minimum competency requirements with regards to ride carding, evacuation and shutdown support, including co-ordination of all staff holidays and ride training. Communicating management cover/overtime requests as required by staff sickness/competency shortfalls. Qualifications & Experience Previous administrative experience within a busy and fast paced working environment, experience of personnel management preferable Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work using your own initiative, in the absence of management being available to guide or support.
