Client Portfolio Manager
Role is an accountant/business advisor; we would expect someone fully chartered with the years of practice experience and working to, or up to step up into this type of role.
Requirements
* ACCA/CIMA is preferred, although could be ACA.
What does the role entail?
1. Assisting with the onboarding of new clients to ensure that they have a friendly contact and get them off on the right step to excellent support.
2. Building deep, long-standing relationships with your clients.
3. Working with the wider team to ensure plans are implemented.
4. Look for opportunities with clients to improve processes and business opportunities.
5. Working alongside the professional support network alongside clients to help the client achieve their rounded business and future goals, supporting your clients as a business partner. This may include fellow professionals such as financial advisors, mortgage brokers, business coaches, etc.
6. Reviewing financial information with clients but using it in a way that focuses on both tax management/planning as well as future growth opportunities.
7. Building robust forecasting models and challenging clients to use this and interact as the business grows and develops.
8. Identifying ways that we may be able to help our clients further and enhance the service level that we are offering.
Benefits
The salary range for this role is 45K-50K per annum full time (DOE & Quals).
* Swindon based preferably, with scope for some remote working after a settling-in period.
* Networking groups and travel to clients are required, so own transport is needed.
* A pension scheme is provided, plus paid business mileage. Sick pay and holiday entitlement are at statutory minimum; anything over and above this is discretionary (although it often is paid). We have a couple of incentive schemes in place that pay commission or bonuses, and other initiatives we are looking to introduce soon.
