Purpose
: Deichmann Shoes have an exciting opportunity to join our growing business – working as a Store Manager for our Corby Branch.
Working as a Store Manager for Deichmann, you will be offered a competitive salary of 30,000 per annum + monthly commission and annual bonuses.
This is a full time, permanent position and you therefore must be fully flexible to work across the week. Ideal candidate: Already demonstrating a superior level of performance within their own store, the successful candidate will have the right mix of managerial and technical aptitudes in order to drive performance.
You will have previous experience of working as a Store Manager in fast paced, high volume retail setting.
You must be able to problem solve and think on your feet, alongside this you will be a people person, have the ability to plan and co-ordinate resources and be passionate about the delivery of exceptional customer service. Key activities:
1. Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
2. Lead by example in promoting and upselling products.
3. Drafting rotas, in line with payroll budgets.
4. Stock management.
5. Analysis of sales figures & reports.
6. Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained i.e., merchandising, administration.
7. Working to targets and hitting company KPI’s.
8. Assisting with the recruitment and development of the team.
