These are implemented into its clients processes across the world in various domains such as aeronautics, defense, nuclear, metallurgy and offshore.
Based on customer site at Airbus (Broughton, North Wales, UK), the Service Technician will have to work on his own or part of a team.
The main stream activity is the service of electrical and automated equipment for the transport of the wings throughout the production site, indoor and outdoor.
Main skills are :
* fault finding
* analysis of the electrical wiring, being able to report a fault on the automation, and isolate an electrical device to a safe status
* Knowledge in automation and programming would be an asset, and some capabilities in programming or identify any programing faults would be appreciated
Work on normal working hours on week days, with possible call out at nights and over weekends on routa
basis.
* BTEC or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering, and up to Bachelor in Electrical and Automation with the relevant 18th Edition up to date. CSCS, Safety Passport, Asbestos, Harness and Work at Height. Full clean driving licence mandatory
* Service and maintenance of industrial machineries. Automated equipment services. 5 to 10 years’ experience would help for a better integration
* Fluent English, with reporting skills. Computer literate for reports, Windows Office tools
* Very good communication skills are awaited, and a fine understanding of the audience to report to is Mandatory
