Key responsibilities include complex diary management, an ability to keep track of deadlines, preparation of presentations, leading on key aspects of team working and ensuring that meetings are well prepared, providing administrative support throughout. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Personal Assistant and excellent organisational skills, demonstrate good time management, a high level of competency in using Microsoft Office packages and the ability to work under pressure with demanding deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required and the post holder will have the ability to liaise with staff at all levels across the system and work effectively as part of a team. You will be a confident, innovative and motivated individual, able to demonstrate initiative in planning your own workload as well as supporting the wider team.
