An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ACCA / ICAEW qualified Client Manager to join a well-established accountancy practice. This role can be full-time or part-time offering excellent benefits and a salary range of £40,000 - £55,000. As a Client Manager, you will be managing a portfolio of clients, including reviewing and preparing annual accounts, corporation tax returns, personal tax returns, VAT returns, management accounts. You will be responsible for: - Leading client meetings to review financial performance and uncover tax planning opportunities. - Recognising and recommending additional services to clients. - Providing tailored business advice to support client goals. - Overseeing and mentoring junior team members, fostering their development. - Supporting business development initiatives to attract and retain clients. - Keeping up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and compliance to offer informed advice. What we are looking for: - Previously worked as a Client Manager, Client Accountant, Accounts Manager, Senior Accountant, Practice Accountant or in a similar role. - Experience in a general accountancy practice, working with a range of client sizes and industries. - ACCA or ICAEW qualification. - Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, accounts, and tax compliance. - Skilled in software such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Excel, and Outlook. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
