We have an exciting opportunity to work as an administratorwithintheMSK Physiotherapy Admin team. This role will be basedatUpton Hospital. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team, who are very patient focused. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach and be good at multi-tasking, preferably with some customer service experience. Good IT skills are essential. You will be joining a welcoming admin team who are pro-active in ensuring a high standard of service within MSK Physio across East Berkshire.
• Forwardingreferrals to specified Private Provider Physiotherapy services.
• Communications to patient either by letter or text message.
• Monitoring and updating spreadsheets
• Booking and outcoming appointment on our in-house system
• Reception cover
• Sending out invite letters
• Making interpreter bookings via an on-line portal
• Monitoring our text message reminder responses
• Cover at other sites within our Service (Driving licence/car owner essential)
• Monitoring the group email and responding to queries asappropriate.
