Role Overview:
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Work Planner to join our Repairs and Maintenance team on a fixed term contract until September 2025, with possible extension

This is a hybrid role, so you’ll work from our fantastic head office at Hudson Quay, Middlesbrough 2 days per week, with 3 days working remotely from home. This may vary, dependent on business and team need.

Key Responsibilities:
* As part of a large team of Work Planners, you’ll work in a pod of three to schedule and plan work for your group of trade operatives
* Make best use of resources to maximise productivity and performance
* Contribute to reviewing and developing procedures that will enhance our customers’ experience
* Liaise with a variety of teams across Thirteen to ensure our service runs smoothly
* Complete a range of administrative and data input duties to ensure that information is up to date for monitoring and reporting
About You:
* Great customer service and a positive attitude!
* Confident using a variety of IT systems.
* Ability to multitask and adapt priorities throughout your day.
* Proven ability to analyse and solve problems.
* You should be comfortable with change and happy to work with different systems and data sets.
