RG consultancy are working with a growing engineering business based in Wythenshawe who are looking for an Assistant Management Accountant to join them on a permanent basis.

You will be joining a team of 3 within accounts and reporting into the finance manager.
Duties:
* Compile and maintain weekly bonus reports and payroll records.
* Assist in preparing and processing monthly payroll payments.
* Import purchase and sales invoices into the Sage 50 accounting system.
* Reconcile supplier statements and support the processing of month-end payments.
* Perform various ad hoc tasks to ensure the efficient management of all ledgers.
* Contribute to the preparation of monthly management accounts, including tasks such as accruals, prepayments, journal entries, and control account reconciliation.
* Ensure all financial management procedures at the branch align with company policies.
