Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 2 students
* Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback
* Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and student support
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
* Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience teaching Key Stage 2 students
* Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a primary school setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of child development and learning theories
* Excellent classroom management skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
* Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Working Conditions:
* Work primarily in a classroom setting
* Regular interaction with students, parents, and school staff
* Full-time hours with occasional extra-curricular activities or events
