We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as Clinical Director. The successful person will oversee the smooth running of the Small Animal Department across two sites. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who would like to take the next step in their career and manage the clinical team of Vets and Nurses.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours across 4.5 days per week, with no out-of-hours and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings.

The Kingston Veterinary Group has a wide client base of small animal, farm, and equine clients in both Somerset and Dorset. Over the years, the practice has expanded with a small animal surgery in Yeovil and our equine branch located in Buckhorn Weston. About the Team and Culture
We have 10 Veterinary Surgeons, as we are a mixed practice we work between large and small animal caseloads. We have 7 registered veterinary nurses, 1 Trainee nurse, and a support team of 13. Across the sites, we have 2 certificate holders, and we specialise in Laparoscopic spays. We hold regular events for team-building purposes and support local charities, events, and shows, and we hold regular meetings for the farming community.
