They are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator and order processor to join their small team in Taffs Well. Hours: Monday to Wednesday 10am – 4pm Thursday to Friday 10am – 2pm The hours are flexible but must be every day. Job Summary: As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in dealing with our customers orders, maintaining records, processing transactions, and ensuring all admin is up to date. Key Responsibilities: Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, or online platforms. Verify order details (pricing, quantities, shipping addresses). Generate sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes in Sage 200. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information. Handle complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs. Provide general administrative support to the team. Requirements: Proven experience as an Administrator in a similar role. Familiarity with Sage 200 accounting software is highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting. Strong attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
