In this role you will be responsible for designing assays, providing analysis and translating complex ideas into simplified processes and techniques. Provide pre-, peri-, and post technical support to BD team and customers through training, troubleshooting inbound questions/issues, collecting feedback for product development and product testing.
Your Role at ONI:
* Demonstrate the value of ONI’s technology suite to potential customers through in-person demonstrations at customer sites.
* Create product awareness by engaging with the scientific community, answering technical questions, and delivering presentations and demonstrations to showcase ONI’s products at conferences, webinars, seminars, and other industry events.
* Work closely with the Business development team to understand the customer voice, support that in converting products.
* Work with Product & R&D to translate VoC findings into viable products for external demonstration & feedback.
* Work closely with the Business Development team and provide scientific insights during pitches and meetings with potential BD opportunities.
* Design and conduct experiments at customer sites or in ONI’s laboratory, to highlight how ONI’s technology suite can solve specific challenges and meet their needs.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, demonstration outcomes, technical issues, and resolutions in Salesforce.
* Generate regular reports on Key opinion leader to capture customer voice, feedback, product performance, and customer success metrics for Product and Marketing teams to assess and improve customer satisfaction.
* Perform post-demonstration data analysis, using statistical and analytical techniques, and presenting findings, insights and evidence of the product's capabilities to the customer.
* Contribute to creation of internal knowledge base (SOP, fault finding, problem solving, FAQs, WIs).
* Utilize advanced imaging techniques, such as super-resolution microscopy, fluorescence imaging, or live-cell imaging.
* Analyze and interpret high-resolution data for research applications.
* Train and support Pharma customers in using imaging systems effectively.
* Work closely with researchers and clients to design experiments that leverage advanced imaging capabilities.
Essential skills and qualifications:
* Experience with imaging techniques, including the ability to assess what looks good and what doesn’t, with a strong understanding of appropriate use cases for each techniques.
* Managing multiple research projects (preferably using applied imaging techniques) from end-to-end, including design, optimisation, and reporting.
* Data preparation & presentation to senior audiences, including decision-makers involved in funding and/or budgets.
* Working with a range of cell types & lines to perform immunological research.
* Must be able to engage in technical discussions with both academic and commercial leaders.
* Experience with cell imaging techniques, including immunofluorescence and cell imaging.
* Data interpretation & presentation with a narrative.
* PHD in life sciences.
* UK/EU - travel up to 50% may be expected.
