£20 - £30 Per hour
Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored English and Maths intervention sessions to Key Stage 3 students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Create individualised learning plans to address the specific needs of each student
* Implement engaging and interactive teaching methods to support student learning and progress
* Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding student progress and areas for improvement
Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Demonstrated proficiency in teaching English and Maths at Key Stage 3 level
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role
* Strong understanding of Special Educational Needs (SEN) strategies and interventions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
* Organisational skills and ability to effectively manage a caseload of students
Additional Information:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule
* Work primarily in a learner's home setting with occasional remote teaching
* Collaborate with other educators and support staff
