Hours: up to 37.5 hours per week
Pay: starting at £12.27 and increasing to £12.52 after passing probation and obtaining a care certificate.

Key Responsibilities:
Support Communication and Choice
Use communication aids (e.g., Makaton, picture cards) to promote understanding, engagement, and informed decision-making for people with varied communication needs.
Ensure Safety and Compliance
Follow health and safety protocols, SALT plans, and evacuation procedures, while maintaining accurate records via the Nourish system.
Encourage Active Lifestyles and Inclusion
Support people with community activities, outings, and daily living skills, helping to enrich their quality of life through social participation.
