Hours: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm
Monday to Friday (No work on weekends!)

The Role
* Organise and manage the work in the kitchen and front of house for service.
* Manage stock and order food and non-food items from suppliers.
* Ensure that all waste disposal is carried out.
* Manage health and safety and hygiene procedures.
* Ensure the food is cooked to the highest quality and well-presented for front of house.
* Support with the front of house service.
* Provide high standards of client care at all times and enforce this from the rest of the staff.
* Assist in the delivery of events and hospitality across the site.
Requirements
* Basic knowledge of all sections when working in a kitchen.
* Ability to produce good quality basic food.
* Understanding of health and safety.
* Understanding of basic food hygiene practices.
* Basic team management skills.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus those around you.
* Ability to work under the supervision of a limited range and deliver quality work.
* Good oral communication.
* Good level of numeracy.
* Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
* Taking initiative.
* Able to work as a team with a positive can-do attitude.
* A hunger to learn new skills.
* A passion for food.

Salary
* £12.50 per hour.
