Area Maintenance Manager\n\nDays based role: Monday – Friday (37.5 hours)\n\nAre you an experienced maintenance manager ready to step into a complex and growing fast paced environment? If so, Arla Foods Stourton Dairy has the perfect opportunity!\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity at our Stourton Dairy in Leeds, Arla's second-largest and most complex dairy site in the UK, producing over 700 million litres of tasty and nutritious products each year.\n\nHow you will make an impact\n\n * Champion of safety and company culture, drive and own individual and area team performance.\n\n * Lead the team through transformational change.
Reliability engineer, M&E planner/coordinator, planned work technicians, shift engineers.\n\n * Develop and implement new ways of working, lean data driven and reliability centric methodologies and tools e.g asset criticality, FMEA, condition based and precision maintenance.\n\n * Own and improve area reliability strategies and asset care plans, and the continual improvement of their effectiveness and efficiency.\n\n * Own, implement maintenance and performance measures, KPI, root cause, corrective, preventive, and proactive improvement action.
