Seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the Site Manager in delivering a 178-unit residential development from timber frame construction to snagging and final handover.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing site operations and programme schedules.

Oversee timber frame installation and ensure quality standards.
*
Enforce health & safety compliance.
*
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
*
Manage snagging lists and ensure a smooth finishing process.
*
Report to the Site Manager and attend site meetings.
Skills & Experience:
*
Experience in residential construction.
*
Knowledge of timber frame builds and finishing.
*
Strong health & safety awareness.
*
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
*
CSCS card (essential); SMSTS/SSSTS & First Aid (preferred)
