We are seeking a Purchase Ledger and Payroll Administrator to work for us on a Fixed Term Maternity Cover Basis till approximately Jan/Feb 2026. With our growing portfolio of 12,000 properties across the UK so far, this is an exciting time for Dandara. You will need have 5 year residency to take up this position. What you will do: Purchase Ledger - Assisting with collating/matching invoices. Liaising with the team to ensure the company's authorisation processes are implemented at all times. Inputting invoices onto our system (COINS) and assisting with queries to and from suppliers. Carrying out monthly reconciliations and assisting with months end payments. Payroll - Accurately inputting payroll data and responding to any payroll queries. You will will be running payroll reports whilst managing and maintaining accurate records. You'll be key in mainitaining confidentiality, adhering to Data Protection legislation whilst helping to adhere weekly deadlines. What you will have: 5 Year Jersey residency is essential to be considered. Numerate, organised, diligent, methodical, and able to work as part of a busy team Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger role would be beneficial.
