Graduate / Entry Level Role - Customer Operations Associate - Fast Growing FinTech Company 🚀
FinTech People are supporting one of the UK's most exciting FinTech companies in recruiting for their Customer Support Team. This is a varied, challenging and interesting opportunity to work with an excellent management team, have autonomy in your role and build your skills and experience.
You will be an integral member of the Customer Operations team working with the the wider business to enhance customer experience. The customer support team is paramount to the success of the business and in this role, you will be responsible for the following:
* Work in a close knit team to build best in class customer service delivery.
* Responding to and resolving customer queries / requests via chat, email, and social media channels.
* Observe and report on customer behaviour and trends to improve service.
* Suggest and work on improvements to the customer journey and internal processes.
* Contribute to projects and new business initiatives.
Experience required:
* Experience and passion for helping customers and solving problems.
* Would suit someone looking for a Graduate / Entry Level role or someone with a year's experience in a similar or telephone based customer service focussed role in a corporate company.
* Knowledge of Zendesk is highly advantageous.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Quick to learn, be the first to volunteer and have forensic attention to detail.
Salary: £28,000 -£32,000 plus benefits and share options.
Hybrid working pattern: 3 days per week in office after full time office based training.
