Job Description
1. Lead the creation and implementation of various continuous improvement projects, cost models across the organisation, gap analysis and risk assessment.
2. Coordinate with various departments to streamline cost modelling processes.
3. Identify opportunities for improvements, cost reduction and drive cost-saving initiatives.
4. Oversee the end-to-end cost modelling process, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
5. Provide insights to stakeholders based on cost analysis and projections.
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate costs.
8. Assist in budget preparation and forecasting activities; understanding and interpreting data around P&L to assist in decision making.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Operational Continuous Improvement Manager should have:
1. Work exposure to FMCG/ Food / Beverage Manufacturing environment.
2. A strong background in Operational Continuous Improvement, or cost modelling and financial management.
3. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in financial software and databases.
5. Strong negotiation skills to interact with suppliers and vendors.
6. A degree in Engineering, Technical, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
