FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We re representing the leading provider of Automotive training in the UK, who are on the lookout for a Recruiter to join their team on a 12 month FTC. The sole purpose of this role will be to recruit learners onto my client's Automotive Level 2-3 apprenticeships. You do not need to be an expert in Automotive. We are looking for an organised and motivated recruiter, or resourcer. This is a purely 180 role, focussing on candidates (no sales/BD required). Desirable Skills and Attributes Experience in a recruitment or resourcing. Job Description Key Outputs Co-ordinate and deliver Retailer s apprentice recruitment requirements. Co-ordinate and monitor apprenticeship applications, including shortlisting & vetting candidates in line with company process. Conduct apprentice telephone interviews. Support candidates throughout the recruitment process. Respond to enquiries from employers or candidates within 24 hours. Support with the promotion of the clients apprenticeship programmes and vacancies with outside agencies e.g. schools, colleges. Attend career events UK wide. Support with the implementation of programme process improvements. Contribute to the overall team performance adhering to set annual targets and managing performance accordingly. To undertake other such duties as may be reasonably requested periodically.
