Duties and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to: Assisting with patient hygiene, elimination and mobility, physical comfort, eating and drinking whilst observing and reporting specific changes. Performing and reporting clinical observations of a patients respiratory rate, oxygen saturations, heart rate, Blood Pressure (BP), temperature and peak flow.
