Acting as an integral member of the division, you will Manage DB & DC schemes, ensure compliance, enhance communication, and provide strategic guidance. ?? Ready to drive change? Position Overview The Pensions Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in managing multiple DB and DC pension schemes, ensuring regulatory compliance, effective communication with stakeholders, and providing strategic guidance to the leadership team on pension-related matters. Responsibilities Monitor and review DB and DC pension administration processes Project manage annual scheme reviews, ensuring data accuracy Scope and review pension/payroll configuration and interface requirements Draft and review member communications for compliance and clarity Plan and deliver pension communication strategy, including roadshows Liaise with actuarial advisers to monitor DB funding position Provide technical guidance to leadership on pension liabilities Offer guidance on pension issues during procurement or TUPE transfers Participate in pension governance and advise on regulatory requirements Provide technical instruction and training to the Pensions Team Requirements Associate Level membership to the Pension Management Institute Demonstrable experience managing multiple DB and DC pension schemes In-depth knowledge of pension regulations and legal requirements Experience in Pension Scheme Governance Proven track record influencing senior or public stakeholders Excellent written communication skills for pension briefings and member communications Benefits Highly competitive salary Flexible working arrangements with remote working Competitive pension scheme Collaborative and supportive in-house team environment Part time will be considered Apply today ADZN1_UKTJ
