Your job purpose is to provide a range of administrative duties within the service in order to help the charity run smoothly by drawing on a wealth of personal and professional experiences.
The right candidate will posses a set of professional values that align with those of the charity those being: Honest, committed and inventive.
Key Duties for the role include:
* Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors to the service and be able to respond via all technological means.
* Where relevant contribute to maintaining and monitoring the service lone working system within recovery centres and where applicable community delivery venues.
* Be a precise minute taker in meetings.
* Be aware legalities and audit requirements and maintain company records with attention to detail.
* Stay up to date of company policies and procedures.
* The candidate must be financially aware and be able to keep petit cash up to date.
* Be team player and promote the values of the company values and core beliefs which should reflect in your work
