Citrus Recruit are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a global manufacturing company to recruit for a Business Development Manager covering the West Midlands, Ireland, Manchester, Liverpool and Milton Keynes.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be selling the portfolio of specialist products to a wide range of clients, from Tier 1 OEMs to end users.
This role is a mixture of managing some of the businesses biggest accounts, but also winning new business, through your various new business techniques.
Responsibilities & day to day duties
As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:
* Create new business opportunities with new customers and lapsed customer accounts
* Manage your sales pipeline of new business
* Meet customers face to face across your territory to build on relationships and secure new orders,
* Provide technical support to existing and new customers, to increase sale opportunities
* Introduce new products from the expanding range, up-sell and cross-sell to ensure customers are aware of the full product portfolio.
* Work closely with your Field Sales Manager to work towards your targets and KPI's
