Main duties of the job As a Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician, you will: Deliver high-quality medicines management services to designated areas, including women's specialty wards. Obtain accurate medication histories, assess patients' own medicines, and support the transcription and supply of discharge medication. Counsel patients on medication use, providing advice on benefits and side effects.
