Position Summary/Objective
The FAS Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for supervising our global Finance and Accounting Services (FAS) organization. This job has a significant focus on data-driven performance and SLA adherence. This position promotes a customer-centric culture and is dedicated to employee training and goal-setting in a fun working environment. Must be able to scale for growth with a growth mindset. The Supervisor reports to the Director of FAS.
Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities
Daily Operations, Customer Service, and People Management:
1. Focuses on talent development, building a strong team of highly capable and competent employees processing 140+ invoices per day through the OCR and proprietary software.
2. Provides training, mentoring, and daily guidance to team members including a daily huddle.
3. Reviews daily metrics to track employee performance (KPIs), customer SLA, and daily activity in the customer's tenant.
4. Reviews customer cases to find opportunities to coach the team and ensure cases are followed up in a timely manner.
5. Reviews duplicates, large page counts, and suspended jobs.
6. Oversees supplier setup, process, and documentation.
7. Oversees the YE 1099/1096 and 1099 Enhanced process.
8. Oversees the Hypercare team and becomes proficient at developing coding rules.
9. Participates in customer QBRs, builds decks, hosts meetings, and provides feedback to the team.
10. Supports the FAS Director, Managers, and Supervisors.
System Oversight:
1. Fixes the XML on processing errors (currency and remit to connection).
2. Clears conflicts as needed, opens a ticket, and provides examples for the Kofax administrator.
3. Provides PDFs to be trained in Kofax to the Kofax administrator quarterly.
4. Monitors unassigned tickets daily.
5. Handles offboarding customer-close email, PO box, and removes the import source in Kofax.

4. Ability to think strategically and also act operationally while managing the team.
Supervisory Responsibility
Manage a team of 5 to 10 staff with a global mindset.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related discipline (preferred).
2. 5-10 years of management and leadership experience.
3. The breadth of understanding of Finance & Accounting, Operations/Customer Service, Outsourcing, and SLAs.
4. Experience in a shared services or outsourcing environment.
5. Experience with the following processes:
1. Order to Cash.
2. Procure to Pay.
3. 1099/1096.
4. Supplier Setup and Maintenance.
5. OCR.
6. System maintenance.
7. Problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
1. Knowledge of Kofax and Salesforce is a plus.
