pharmaceutical warehouse? We’re hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing MedTech department in Bedford.
Purpose of the Role
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the MedTech department, ensuring the effective handling,
storage, and tracking of medical technology products. Your focus will be on maintaining compliance with industry standards,
optimising workflows, and delivering exceptional service to both clients and internal teams.

How you’ll make an impact at Movianto:
* Lead daily operations within the MedTech department, driving productivity and accuracy while supervising and motivating a team
of operatives, VNA drivers, team leaders, and transport operators.
* Allocate resources effectively to meet fluctuating demand and operational targets.
* Ensure compliance with GDP and pharmaceutical standards
* Act as the primary contact for customers within the MedTech division, ensuring their needs are met.
* Uphold MHRA guidelines, company SOPs, and industry regulations.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain operational integrity.
* Recruit, train, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.
* Lead by example to inspire continuous improvement and accountability..
* Provide regular updates to senior management on departmental performance.
What it will take to thrive at Movianto:
* Supervisory experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain, ideally in pharmaceuticals or MedTech.
* Strong knowledge of GDP, MHRA, and compliance standards.
* Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in WMS and Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
* Experience in a multi-customer logistics environment.
* Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
* Qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
