Joining a\ndiverse and passionate team, Colleague Messaging and Surveillance engineering\nwithin our Technology function deliver and support communication tools to\nallow our colleagues to interact with each other quickly and be productive\nthrough various ways, on a number of devices.\n\nOur team is based across the UK and the technology is predominately using\nMicrosoft cloud-based services delivering excellence by way of improving\ncolleague productivity and thus ensuring IT helps not hinders what matters\nwhen helping Britain recover.\n\nWe are seeking a motivated and collaborative colleague who is ready to support\na new and ambitious service, keen to experience a sense of progress and find\nnew ways to stretch and develop. You’ll support the detailed technical\nassessment and business understanding of changes being deployed within\nColleague Messaging and Surveillance, ensuring that decisions accurately\nbalance business needs with technical requirements, supplier performance and\nrisk considerations.

This could be evident in your experience through working with\nService and Change partners in taking hold of issues as well as being open to\nnew ways of working.\n\nYou’ll have knowledge of software lifecycles, software maintenance and\nunderstand its importance with expertise in Microsoft technologies (Windows\n11, Exchange 365), communication-based technologies and Software as a Service\nimplementations using cloud architecture and you’ll be able to demonstrate a\nbreadth of strong experience across the following technologies:\n\n * Microsoft Exchange, both on premise and in the 365 cloud\n\n * Email Encryption technologies, for example Microsoft Purview.\n\n * Internet Email routing and security, solutions such as Cisco IronPort, DKIMSPFDMARCSMTP DANEDNSSEC\n\n * Email Archiving and Journaling applications.\n\n * Electronic and Voice surveillance SaaS software, e.g. Veritas ALTA\n\n * Electronic Fax Solutions.\n\nAbout working for us:\n\nOur focus is to ensure were inclusive every day, building an organisation\nthat reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms.
