Job Description Summary
The role of a Clinical Education Specialist Interventional is primarily to deliver and co-ordinate training on GE Healthcare's products. This training is mainly delivered at a hospital site but also remotely using digital methods. The Clinical Education Specialist owns support within the IGT install base.

Job Description
Responsibilities
1. You will provide onsite clinical applications training to users' equipment in given modality area.
2. You co-ordinate installations and initial clinical applications alongside sales, service and the Clinical Education Manager.
3. You will be the technical liaison to the sales organization with the goal of strengthening technical capabilities of the team and customer relationships, while also driving business opportunities forward.
4. You conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure customer's safe and effective use of GE equipment, maximizing image quality and productivity.
5. You will maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
6. You promote unique differentiators based on customer's clinical needs, competition, values and benefits sought.
7. You continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.
8. You support Trade show/Workshops/show sites/Customer visits.
9. You support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical education.
10. You document trainings, site visits and Customer interactions as per the local protocol.
11. Deliver customer presentations at Classroom Education days and user events.
Qualifications
1. You bring a Degree as a certified Radiographer.
2. You have proven technical/clinical industry experience with Interventional.
3. You have proven experience in invasive (Cardiac Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology).
4. You bring excellent interpersonal skills including, team working skills and good communication skills.
5. You are self-motivated and have the willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve.
6. You are team oriented and have a strong customer satisfaction mindset.
7. You are not afraid of being flexible/adapt to changing work environments.
8. You are able to travel and be at customer sites 70 to 80% of the working time (annual average).
Desired Skills
1. You have already worked with GE products.
2. You are experienced in conducting training.
3. You bring a first knowledge of GE's or competitor's Interventional products.
