We is seeking a talented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings.Key Responsibilities: Event Planning: Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics for various types of events. Vendor Management: Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure high-quality services and products. Client Relations: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure all their needs are met throughout the planning process. On-Site Coordination: Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring everything runs smoothly and as planned. Marketing Support: Assist in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels. Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from clients and participants to assess event success and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience in event planning and coordination (2 years). Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
