This could be either a full-time position or part-time (3/4 days per week) for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, customer and supplier accounts.
Support with month-end close activities and preparation of financial data.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, document management, and data entry.
Respond to queries from vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding financial transactions.
Help streamline financial processes and identify areas for improvement.
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience in a finance or accounting role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
