We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join the Neurology & Neurophysiology Department at Torbay Hospital. Our Administrative Assistant will be responsible for the administrative and coordination of the Neurophysiology service and support to the Neurology team.
They will need to be proficient in their customer service skills, keyboard skills, communication, and coordination, and will be required to be a good communicator and work both independently and as part of the team. They will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure an effective and efficient service in line with Standard Operating Procedure and ensure that patients are treated with courtesy, dignity, and respect.

Neurophysiology and Neurology is very busy and the secretarial teams are key to ensure things run smoothly and efficiently.
