Job Description
JOB TITLE: Learning and Development Administrator (Coaching)
DIRECTORATE: Development
REPORTING TO: Learning and Development Operations Manager
SALARY: £21,840 per annum (pending pay review)
Job Summary:
Revolutionising how the Netball Family learn is a key focus for England Netball over the next decade. We strive to provide brilliant learning offers for our coaches, officials, and volunteers both on and beyond the court. The people leading those playing netball are crucial to the success of the sport.
The Learning and Development Administrator role is responsible for leading course administration, including keeping our qualification partner systems up to date and providing relevant data for the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Learning and Development Registration
o Support course launches.
o Lead the course and learner registration process.
o Develop course registers and support the Workforce Coordinator to work with tutors to create brilliant learning experiences for anyone with additional learning needs.
2. Course Support
o Provide course support on a rotational basis on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday mornings.
o Provide regular reminders to learners to support their journey to assessment.
3. Course follow-up
o Work with the awarding body to certificate learners and ensure all relevant systems are updated to reflect their new qualification.
o Support monthly reporting.
4. General
o To undertake such duties as may be required from time to time that are consistent with the responsibilities of the post and the needs of England Netball.
o To abide by the provisions of the Company’s Equal Opportunities and Diversity Policy.

o To always act as an ambassador and advocate of England Netball promoting the key organisational messages and always presenting the sport and its people in a positive light.

* Competent MS Office 365 User in all packages
* Competent in the use of online data systems i.e., CRM or learning systems – specific systems training will be provided
Experience
* Experience of providing brilliant customer service
* Experience of data entry
* Experience of working with systems, particularly around enhancing current processes
* Working in a learning environment (D)

Education/ Qualification
* Minimum standard of English and Maths at GCSE Grade C /4 or equivalent
Other
* Available to work Tuesday and Thursday evenings (17:30 - 21:00 latest) and Saturday mornings (08:30 - 13:00 latest) on a rotational basis.
