About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries efficiently and professionally. You will utilize your strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services.
3. Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
5. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
6. Utilize customer support software and tools effectively.
Qualifications:
1. 5 or more GCSEs Grade C or above.
2. English GCSE Grade C or above.
3. Further Education Qualifications (e.g., A-Level, NVQ, Diploma, Degree) – preferred but not essential.
Desired Skills:
1. Prior experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
