Responsibilities:
1. Develop a good understanding of our clients, their industry, what they do and their environment
2. Headhunting potential candidates that are already in work through Social media
3. Advertising vacancies through various job boards
4. Use our internal database to match the right person to a client vacancy
5. Brief candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of our clients vacancies
6. Build lasting relationships with job seekers over the phone/video calls.
Experience:
7. Demonstrable experience in a sales or competitive environment
8. Good phone manner and telephony skills
9. Strong organisation and time management skills
10. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and CMS
11. Prior experience of building strong customer relationships
12. Record of being able to meet or exceed targets
The successful candidate may not have previous experience in sales or recruitment but will be motivated by success and is hungry to achieve.
