A leading privately-owned contractor is searching for a Health & Safety Advisor / SHE Advisor to join their growing team based in the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading contractor delivering prestigious design and build projects across the Midlands.

The role will involve regular travel to the Company's sites and offices on a national basis. The SHE Advisor reports to the QESH Manager.
Requirements:
1. NEBOSH diploma (Preferred)
2. A minimum of NEBOSH Construction certificate (Preferred)
3. Construction experience including high-rise apartments (Preferred)
4. CSCS Card (Preferred)
5. SEATS (Preferred)
Key Duties:
1. Implement the Company's SHE Policy.
2. Monitor SHE performance goals.
3. Provide pro-active support on all SHE issues.
4. Show commitment to ensuring continuous improvement in SHE performance.
5. Maintain and improve an accredited Health & Safety Management system.
6. Maintain and improve an accredited Environmental Management System.

Salary & Package:
1. Excellent Basic salary £50,000 - £60,000 (DOE).
