About the role and key responsibilities: As our Operations and Sales Co-ordinator, you would support the company directors in ensuring our work schedule and all orders are produced efficiently and to the highest standard along with supporting our internal team with the online portal Duties include: Processing orders Create customer quotations Managing incoming phone calls Support directors with inbox monitoring Raising supplier purchase orders Manage stock and purchasing of office & production supplies Assist with online portal Supporting the business through Linked In communications Support at marketing events & customer meetings Supporting the directors with lead generation activity and CRM administration Communicating with new and existing customers and scheduling customer meetings with directors Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience 5 days a week, 9.30am-2.30pm Overtime available as required 25 days annual holiday (pro rata) Bank Holidays Company pension scheme Free Parking
