I am working on behalf of my client who is looking for a customer-focused person to join their team during this busy time.
They are paying £15.00 per hour, the role is 36 hours a week. Initially, it will be based in the office, but once you are confident with the role, you will be able to work 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
This role would include, but is not limited to:
1. Dealing with all enquiries received by phone, email, or other channels.
2. Following enquiries through to completion wherever possible and delivering the service to the best possible standards of customer care.
3. Providing a range of administrative support to the team.
4. Providing a comprehensive processing service to the department.
5. Dealing with enquiries effectively and efficiently from the public by telephone, email, or face to face.
6. Taking and processing payments.
7. Scanning all documents appropriate to the role and the department, and maintaining filing and archiving records in relation to the department process.
8. Administering the processing and submitting for authorisation of purchase orders and invoices via the in-house system.
9. Contacting customers on a variety of matters as directed, including return calls in response to the outcome of enquiries.
