The Role
Working within the New Business Team to provide a first-class level of service to all new and existing clients. This role involves explaining the legal transnational process to clients, quoting for work to be undertaken, following up in a timely manner, and cross-selling additional services within the business.

Key Responsibilities
* Answer new business enquiries (calls and emails).
* Provide accurate estimates to clients and referrers.
* Follow up on all estimates and provide feedback
* Offer administrative support to property fee-earning teams and address the specific needs of the residential property department
* Case Management Systems, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel with accuracy.
* Ensure accurate data entry into electronic portals during the client introduction process.
* Promote the business services services to customers and cross-sell legal services within the new business team.
* Comply with GDPR requirements regarding the handling of clients personal information.
* Assist clients by answering questions and guiding them through the new client on boarding process.
* Collaborate with account managers to optimise relationships with referring partners and address potential issues proactively.
* Build strong relationships across managed accounts to enhance referrer engagement and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
What's Required
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Sales background is essential - ideally from a property / legal business development background
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Customer service-focused mindset.
The Rewards
* Basic salary £25-£30k plus - depending on experience
* OTE - £50k plus - this is uncapped, incentives and bonuses
* Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
* Hybrid working (after 3 month on boarding)
* Office location - East Croydon (close to station)
* 25 days holiday
