The Role As National Account Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key grocery accounts, including Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Waitrose.
These accounts are critical to the company’s strategic growth, and you will focus on fostering and managing strong customer partnerships.
Working closely with internal and external product development teams, you will lead the delivery of innovative bakery products, driving a highly NPD-focused agenda within the category.
Reporting to the UK Sales Director, this role offers a dynamic and fast-paced environment where decisions are made quickly, and you’ll enjoy significant autonomy to deliver results.

Requirements To be considered for this role, you must be a driven and proactive individual with experience in managing or supporting key retail accounts.
Candidates should currently be operating at either National Account Manager level or as a Junior NAM or National Account Executive.
Experience with private-label food products is essential, and a background in the bakery category is highly desirable.
You’ll need a keen eye for detail, strong self-motivation, and a collaborative approach to achieving business goals.
