You are responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding debts, maintaining accurate financial records, and fostering positive client relationships. What the Job Involves Your primary responsibilities include managing the debit control function, creating, maintaining, and monitoring charge accounts for temporary accommodations and other debtors. You will develop IT system knowledge related to rent accounts, create accurate property records, and ensure maximum financial control. Responsibilities also encompass generating reports, ensuring debits and adjustments are accurate, and collaborating with departments to resolve discrepancies. Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with policies, participate in training, and support staff on debit control procedures.
