Tradeline are seeking a client side Project Manager for an established and growing construction consultancy, specialising in refurbishment and fit-out work. Our client is a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, currently seeking a Project Manager to join them, reporting into Northampton 2 days a week, with the rest of the week hybrid working. As Project Manager you will be working on projects across fit-out and refurbishment nationwide, covering private and public sector works within Care Homes, Commercial, Governmental, Education and High-End housing. You will be responsible for the full project delivery of these schemes, managing a multiple of projects at different stages on behalf of the client. Candidate Ability to manage projects independently from inception to handover. Able to act on behalf of the client and lead the various teams associated with the project. Able to meet deadlines and work within budgets. Client side or Consultancy experience preferred. Able to travel A relevant degree or qualification in Building Surveying, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, etc.is required. Professional and able to lead site, client meetings.
