Temporary Executive Assistant
Location: Leeds City Centre
Salary: £35,000 (Paid Hourly)
Required for around 12 weeks on a temporary basis - with the potential to go perm

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a growing business in Leeds Centre who are seeking a skilled and dedicated Temporary Executive Assistant to join the team to support for 12 weeks. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment while providing high-level administrative support to our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate executives’ calendars, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
* Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Organise and coordinate office operations and procedures.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders on behalf of executives.
* Perform general administrative duties as required to support senior leadership.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* High proficiency in MS Office and other office software.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
* Professional, discreet, and approachable.
